A few weeks ago I was able to join Sammy's class on a field trip to the pumpkin patch. That morning we awoke to POURING rain and got to school in POURING rain. Fortunately God cleared the skies over the pumpkin patch and not a drop fell during the entire field trip! 
They had big pumpkins...
...and little pumpkins.
This one was perfect!
One of the highlights of the trip was the creamsicles the kids got at the very end. Not quite what I had in mind on the first COLD day of fall - but the kids LOVED it!
